Kevin Williams ““KW” is a Visionary Planner with 25 years as a Principal Designer and Project Development Management experience within the commercial real estate industry.”


KW brings 25+ years in architectural design and master planning, community development consulting & finance advisory services to the Empire – Dominion Development Partners, INC. (Real Estate Development Joint Venture based in Las Vegas & Washington, DC). While studying Architecture at the University of Maryland, KW was mentored by a Fellow AIA member who assisted him with the launch of his Architectural Design Firm located in the Georgetown area of Washington, DC by 1983.

KW’s architectural firm was able to become the in-house Architect to one of the largest DC based Brokerage/Developers (NAI/Michael Companies) as his firm served their clients and real estate brokers projects with over 1.5 million square foot of commercial development projects over a 10 year period from 1984 to 1994. KW expanded his firm with an acquisition of the award-winning architectural firm Bryant & Bryant Architects, PC in DC which merged as Bryant Bryant, Williams, PC. (“BBW”) which previously had been known for designing/master planning over 3 million sq. ft on major projects ranging from $10M to up to $200M Construction budgets with such projects in the Nation’s Capital as Tech World and Landsburg Building with Shakespeare Theatre (Chinatown), Potomac Mills, UDC campus and other major commercial, institutional and mixed use development projects within the D/M/V metro area.


KW was also recognized as the Sr. Planner in charge of the 20-50 year Master plan for the National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC) of the DC monumental core area which was recognized as "The Future Plan of Washington DC” featured at the Smithsonian Museum. In 1994, KW and his Dad (Alvin Williams) established Dominion Development Corporation which collaborated with his architectural Planning firm “BBW” while providing development Consulting services and/or participating on joint venture projects with major developers, Brokers & builders such as NAI Michael Companies, Manekin Corporation, Meridian Group, Turner/Tompkins Builders and JBG Companies in the Nations’ Capital. KW also served on DC Mayor Anthony Williams Economic Development Roundtable after receiving a White House/HUD 108 ($6M) Grant Award for " Best Urban City design and economic development plan." The HUD Grant award was based on his 25acre master plan of the Congress Heights Shopping Center SE DC.


Both KW’s companies -Dominion Development Corporation and “BBW Architects” were publicly acknowledged in Las Vegas at the International Shopping The Empire + Dominion Development team will both plan and develop their 1st Interactive Retail Entertainment Family Themed Sports and Media Technology Station. The NuHollywood Experience will emphasize environmentally focused with colorfully attractive style futuristic designed facilities attracting internationally recognized Brands as anchor tenants.


In addition, ongoing inspiring media presentations will be featured on the Jumbo-tron screens throughout the property with a yellow brick road walkway featuring celebrity holograms who share their messages primarily to children and youth on how to “Make a Difference in the World” beginning with their families and respective communities.
