Alvin W. Williams has over 40 years of combined experience in business management, operations and real estate acquisitions and sales. Alvin W. Williams is Sr. Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Dominion Development Corporation since 1994.
Mr. Williams has over 40 years of combined experience in business management, operations and real estate acquisitions and sales. He has extensive background as a licensed Real Estate Agent and in Property Management. Mr. Williams is licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC and is a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) with nationally recognized credentials for licensed Agents and Brokers. His professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Maryland, Prince Georges County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAAR) with extensive training with the Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS). Mr. Williams, a native Washingtonian received his education in Civil Engineering from the Washington Technical Institute (WTI) and the University of Maryland.
For nine years, he worked as a Traffic Engineer for the Washington, DC Department of Transportation. Mr. Williams early entrepreneurial pursuits allowed him to be featured on CNN “Best of 1970’s” while serving as the Limited Partner/Operations Manager for the “Foxtrappe” a private business based membership club located in the Nation’s Capital from 1975-1985. Celebrity guests from Diana Ross, Billy Dee Williams to Muhammad Ali were VIP members of Foxtrappe’s Private Club.
Mr. Williams served as a Panelist and lecturer in many workshops to promote community and economic development initiatives. He also supported his Son (KW) extensively as he gave back to the various communities that they served with their economic development initiatives from Dominion Development Partners and their respective Employment training.
